update (sad one)

obliterated since Friday…

been semi-careful about it

but really killed it yesterday and today with the chips and everything. le sigh.

starts again tomorrow.

What a relief to be having substantial progress. maybe too much, maybe i miscalculated last week’s.  but better less than more.

i really thought i lost like..one pound b/c of all the junk i ate this weekend.

but some real progress is actually here.

i must be determined to work-out every single day this week.

i’m so mad. self-control failure.

all that hard work gone to waste :/ get back on that damn horse tom tho.

current goal: look bomb on June 2nd for Edge Banquet.

current weight: 187

strategy: work-out at the arc, cut out carbs, drink more water, sleep more. weigh every Tuesday.

need something to keep me accountable and motivated.  thought of this during another sleepless night. i need to get my sleeping pattern back to normal was well.  let’s go.

whoaaaa wayy more than i thought. aiyah aiyah. well it can only get better from here. NOW i have good motivation lol
